Here are a couple of shots from my day trip to Cleveland Dam - at the base of Grouse Mountain on the North Shore. I spent a lot of nights in high school at bonfire parties at the rocks here. The grassy knoll is the perfect place for picnics overlooking the untouched watershed. I was mesmerized by watching the water go from being so calm on the watershed side to falling hundreds of feet into a frothy mess on the other - really beautiful. Check this place out if you are ever in North Vancouver and have some time to kill.
