Sunny day food!
Watermelon mint salad. I'm in love.

Cubed watermelon. Chopped mint. Cubed feta or cottage cheese. Arugula (if you want).

Throw it together. Drizzle with honey & top with cracked pepper.

This salad is great for a summer picnic or a light snack. Happy Friday!
